'1) Ensuring Monthly Sales targets are meet with acquisition in NTB and ETB customers.
2) Existing liability customer's are pitched for gold loans.
3) Ensure month on month growth in EOP Assets for Gold loan business/per branch
4) Fee Income should be Minimum 1% of total disbursals
5) Customer Follow ups to be done at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal pending cases.
6) Co-ordination with valuers to be done time to time basis
7) Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms
8) Ensuring healthy collections with Nil FEMI/FPD and minimizing fresh flow in Bucket X.
9) PSL Tagging and should be aware about PSL norms
10) Helping branch liability team in Audits and ensuring proper communications to customer before any packet Opening
11, Conduct Marketing activities in the local market for generating NTB gold loan customer's.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1) Proficient in MS - Word /Excel and power point
2)Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situation.
3) Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
4) Carrying out ad-hoc activities as per the requirement of the department.
